\n My name is Joseph Thomas Jr.<\/strong> and I\u2019m an entrepreneur
\n based in Upstate New York. As the co-founder of
\n Volcarus Ventures LLC<\/strong>, I explore any business
\n venture that can generate wealth for my family\u2014real estate, notary
\n services, bakery projects, print production\u2026if it creates value,
\n I\u2019m interested.\n <\/p>\n

\n This website is actually a revised version of an earlier build.
\n When I released my first book I had to figure out how to create a
\n clean, professional online home for it.
\n The book itself started as a simple idea and a pile of notes.
\n I used Amazon KDP to self-publish, which meant learning formatting,
\n cover design, ISBNs, pricing models, and royalty structures.
\n After a lot of late nights I finally hit \u201cPublish\u201d and
\n watched it go live on Amazon for $3.99\u2014a surreal moment that proved
\n you can ship something big if you just keep moving.\n <\/p>\n

\n With the book out, I wanted a web presence that matched the energy
\n of the brand I\u2019m building.
\n Setting up this new WordPress site became another crash course:
\n registering the domain, configuring hosting, experimenting with
\n themes, editing CSS for the hero image, and wiring in links for the
\n book and future blog posts.
\n Every tweak taught me something about design, layout, and how to
\n make a site feel alive.\n <\/p>\n

\n That\u2019s what this blog\u2014Volcarus Weekly<\/strong>\u2014is all about.
\n Each Tuesday I\u2019ll share notes and observations on finance,
\n business, and real estate: the same curiosities that drive me
\n forward. My goal isn\u2019t to give financial advice, but to show how a
\n little curiosity can open doors to opportunities hiding in plain
\n sight. Sometimes the next thing you love is only one article,
\n experiment, or idea away.\n <\/p>\n
